Your application and privacy

Cleana uses your details to review your application, contact you and decide together whether to work together. Our office team can see your application. Our website and hosting providers store and process it. Your answers are not used for advertising.

Providing your details is voluntary. Without the four required answers, we cannot receive and review your application through this form.

Applications whose handling has ended are reviewed for removal of personal information after 90 days. Open applications are reviewed manually before removal. If you join, verified information needed to coordinate work stays in your operational contact record. The original application is reviewed separately.

To request access to or correction of your details, withdraw your application or ask about removing personal information, contact our team. Optional answers and WhatsApp contact are your choice. Do not send identity documents, bank details or medical information.

We record campaign labels from the link you used, to understand recruitment sources. We count visits and application progress without recording your answers in analytics. Only if you allow advertising measurement, we send Meta a registration event with browser/ad-click identifiers, IP address and browser type, so we can measure recruitment campaigns. Your answers, name and phone number are never included. Meta may process this information abroad. You can change your choice on this page; refusing does not affect your application. Measurement identifiers are removed from Cleana after 30 days.
